Real Fur, Animals are people too
Jeggings, Seriously Jean Leggings, more like Anorexic Jeans.
Cat Suits, ok so like Halle Berry (one of the most sexiest women in the world) didn't even wear one in Cat Woman, and thats where the name comes from.
Two Colored hair, like Blonde on top with Black underneath, not like Lighter hair on top with Darker hair on top, like Light Ash Blonde on top with Dark Ash Blonde underneath.
Ed Hardy, Its gotten Very Trashy, like maybe a few years ago it was good looking, but then d-bags like Jon Gosselin and the trash bags from Jersey Shore started wearing them.
Playboy style is kinda going out, Ever since Holly, Bridget and Kendra left Mr. Hefner.

I love fur if it's vintage *sighs*
But only if it's vintage. You can't change the past, but you can act now for the future.
And jeggings. Oh my god, how comfy? I love mine! Elasticated waists are so comfy, any excuse for me. I can't wait until I'm old and I can do it even when it's not a trend

I'm not sure I'd say those trends are 'so over'... It seems more like a personal bias, really. Which is fine, to dislike a style... But I still see people wearing these styles. And I feel the way you worded your views on the styles did seem a bit harsh.
I would list my views on those trends here, but I don't wish to make it into a debate. *Nod*

Anorexic jeans...? Why 'anorexic'?
Anyway, socks in sandals...?

I totally agree with socks in sandals, Mostly senior citizens do that, but in first grade i knew this kid who did it, even in the summer.
I called them Anorexic because their tighter than skinny jeans.

Ok so i like totally take back what I said about Jeggings, because my GBF bought a white pair then dyed them Pink with rite for me as a get well present. But I don't take back what I said about Fur, Ed Hardy, and Playboy and the other stuff.

Leggings might be in fashion now, but i bet when they fall out of fashion (sooner or later its inevitable) people are going to be like "OMG i can't believe i used to wear those!", because thats exactly what happened in the early 90's when they were last in fashion.
Hmm...I would say tight t-shirts seem to be going out of fashion- increasingly, loose tops (either really long or really short) of various styles are being stocked in the fashionable shops.

I love leggings/jeggings
the trend isn't "so over"

Jeggings are awful IMO. You can just barely get away with it if you have skinny legs and a tiny bum, no cellulite, no crease between buttock and thigh (usually it's younger girls that are like this). Everyone else looks like they're wearing underwear as outerwear.

This made me giggle. Animals are not human. Therefore they aren't "people".

I think the point is that they're living creatures. I don't like fur... to an extent. If it's vintage or from an animal that has already lived a full life and wasn't farmed to die specifically to be made into a coat, that's fine. Otherwise it's cruel. (I'm an ASPCA supporter. No PETA for me, thanks, they're basically terrorists.)

I work at a retail store that sells jeggings and after hefty amounts of advertising, I have to say they are the best thing EVER. no muffin top, fits well under boots, YOU CAN DANCE IN THEM. i'm not even doing salesperson yapping shit! these were just introduced this year and i'm seriously standing by them.
plain leggings are over, however.

I had one pair of jeggins and i loved them! They are my favorite pair of pants i ever had. I agree that fat people look ugly in them but on thin people it's great.

wow that was harsh. and even tacky. I'm a size 10 and believe me, i'm not stick thin, but i definitely do not look ugly in skinny jeans, jeggings, or anything else.
i'd rephrase that.

I don't think she was being harsh, jeggings just do look better on thin people (including you, size 10 is thin!)

I'm not offended by the thought so much as the wording. Nobody likes to be called fat but I'll admit I'm too big to wear them.

Wow, a lot of people like jeggings (:
Not trying to offend / be mean, just personally, I don't particularly like them myself, and don't have the guts to try!
As for that particular 'trend' being 'over', I couldn't really agree ... almost every second girl over here is wearing a pair..
One thing I'm glad people stopped wearing was fluro trackpants, never understood that one myself..

I have one vintage fur stole, its Brown Marmot. I bought it for some 40's parties and events. Would never buy new though.
As for jeggings, not my cup of tea, and besides, my bum is too big to look good in those!

When I first heard about the jeggings thing, I was like, "Oh, that's so gross, tacky," etc. But then I tried a pair on and fell in love with them
I got a pair that look like real jeans, are made of thicker material, have a zipper and a button... just nice and comfy. I think some are too thin or look like regular leggings to be worn as pants, but some are really nice. And I think a lot of bigger girls look better in them than in other jeans since the stretch and don't squeeze. I'm not stick thin (size 8) and I love the way they hug my curves

Fur is in fashion in the UK. It's coming back as one of the main A/W 2010 trends. Not loads of it, mostly trims and such. But even still
I wear jeggings
Not the most comfortable thing in the world, and I am quite curvy, but I would only EVER wear them with an oversized top so that they didn't look hideous.
I accept all no stake challenges, will consider fair stakes, and accept multiples

my butt is massive. I mean it. its 10 minutes behind me wherever I go. My thighs create earthquakes in China. I'm not anorexic, or morbidly obese, but I have no desire to be either! I am who I am, and my jeggings look like the shit on me. they look hot. is it so wrong to have confidence in who you are and what your size is? you are ALL beautiful. ive seen your photos, you ladies have no point in modesty! we should celebrate how we look, as long as we are healthy. and not healthy as in a dove commercial healthy, but really healthy.
oh yeah, i'll continue on with my neo-feminism rant. its not wrong at all to feel as if larger women look ugly in this or that, that is your opinion. you probably are referring to the obese, truly overweight who can't control their diet, have diabetes, etc. regardless, we're all people. we should just love one another, and hold comments as such from one another. if we instill confidence within each other, beauty from within will flourish.
i'm emotional and sappy. but I look like the shit in my Jeggings.
