In here you can request any of the banners listed above and we'll make it as soon as possible. Please remember that we have a life too so the banners MAY take some time to do them.

♥ REQUEST FORM ♥

TYPE: Contest banner, avatar, signature, etc.
IMAGE: Whatever you want.
STYLE: Theme, color, etc.
TEXT: Whatever you want.

♥ RULES ♥

♥ MAX 6 banners at one request
♥ Don't send the same request to many boutiques..it takes time to create them for you. If you don't want us to make them anymore, make sure we are not making the banner(s) and cancel your request first before you request on some other boutique.
♥ Be as specific as you can if you want to make an special style of banners.
