If my brother didn't want the entire family to welcome her just yet and just spend some quiet time with her, why must I ruin that for him just because he took her to me when she fainted..and for that bit I must admit i was feeling a bit pleased that he confided her to me..

That last part made her eyes twinkle like stars, ohh, i just wanted to hug her right up, the way how cute she was, and blushing too..

'Oh, I don't mind...I'd love that...' the way they both looked at each other, I knew you didn't need powers to see there was a close and special bond between the two, I took her hand and gently push my brother out of the room...Lets get you ready then..

Hates: Woodpeckers, squirrels and winter, as well as a fear of axes and other sharp objects that could destroy her.
Characteristics: Being stubborn and abesent-minded are two of her main traits, although due to her empathy and fantastic listening skills that she has built up over the years, Daphne is good at helping people to solve their problems and even as simply a spirit trapped in a tree, she can whisper advice as whe wind rustles through her branches. I walked through the Song Forest to get to the palace.

Daphne hissed in her whispery tone at the squirrels that were scurrying about among her branches. She had already tired shaking them of but it didn't work. It was horrible not being able to move. For almost a hundred years, Daphne had stood, still and practically silent in the same place, just outside the forest. The pesky squirrels eventually ran off to find some nuts to bury and the tree spirit was left alone with her thoughts once again. To pass the time, she made small, peach-coloured blossoms sprout from her boughs, hoping they would attact some pretty butterflies or faries to talk to.

(Sorry, I forgot to put my first post into first person. I'll switch now)
Instead of the butterflies that I had been hoping to attract, I now had a pair of brightly-coloured butterlies nestling close together on a branch. They were small and sweet and kept making little chirpy noises, not dis-similar to that of a cat's purr. I smiled, well, techincally my spirit was smiling. I watched the birds, listening to their conversation. I couldn't understand everything they said to eachother, but I could feel their love for one another and I could tell that they appriciated the soft moss that I had made as a cushion for them. It was so peaceful that my soul could have drifted into a tranquil, sleep-like state.

Powers: Has control over all aspects of water and some minor abilities over earth, can shrink to 3 inches and grow up to 6  foot. Can actually turn into water.

Hates: Fire, boring people

Characteristics: Naida is water sprite, apparantly water sprites came into being after a dalliance between a merman and a fairy so the rumour goes. Yet, they believe they where here first and birthed by the water and lakes as protectors. Sprites live in water but can live on land, they are extremly protective and warrior like and as such the queen of fantasia and mermaida both want to recruit them. Young sprites are mischevous especially Naida. However, she should be maturing into a warrior/ Gaurdian ny know but hasn't. After her latest antics she was kicked out of her tribes home** and forced to find somewhere on her own, yet she doesnt care and is enjoying the thought of running wild.

*It is not known how long sprites live for it is said they are immortal and can only die if their home is polluted or destroyed, alternatively it is believed that they join back into the lakes and rivers when they are deemed worthy.
** A sprite tribe is made up of a council of elders, than gaurdians and warriors, even full grown they do not appear over the age of human 18

I glanced into the ponds murky surface for a moment than plunged my face in enjoying the feeling.
"Hello" I called, there was no reply so after a moment I allowed myself to shrink and sink to the bottom of the pond dancing in the water and creating a stir of bubbles reenvigorating myself. It was wonderfull to be back in water but I couldn't stay here. Water sprites could make homes in still water but I prefered running water. My tribe had a waterfall leading to their lake it was beautifull, and I wouldnt rest untill I found something similair. I did worry for a moment if it was normal to miss a place more than the people but forgot it when I spun to create a new cyclone of bubbles.

After an hour I grew up to a nice 5'7'', I loved being inches tall but it wasnt practical when searching for a new home. The small piece of fabric I had used to cover my modesty before shrinking where still on the side and I pulled it on. Sprites didn't wear clothes, but it took only a day in exile for me to realise that almost every other race did I hated them they were uncomfortable and scratched against my gills and markings, gross. I could smell salt water nearby, salt water wasn't perfect full of mermaids and nasty sea creatures but if I spent a few weeks in a rock pool it might give the tribe time to chill. With a smile I set off walking.

The beach was beautifull and had very few people I sat down on the sand soaking up some uv rays, when a shadow approached. I turned with a flirty smile in place.
"You are not allowed on here, this is a royal beach" they spat.

Ok just quickly this is Prince Navine. YES i know he doesnt have a tail but i couldnt fine one, even on other candydoll websites. Also i will be kinda of using him. I will tell you when im the Queen Sirena or her Son the Prince.
