it's kind interesting thread, but I was taught little bit different french (i was learning it for six years), never heard of "to" as "it", french people rather use "on".
other mistakes I have found:
January - Janvier
Russia is not Ruse, but Russie
Venezuela not Venizuela
Maroc not marocoo
also many accents are missing, and as u know misplacing the accent, or not placing it, is completly changing the pronunciation.

In french there are 11 verb conjuctions but we will get to that later this is simply the present tense.
The verb - "to be"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am --> je suis
You are (singular)--> tu es
He is --> il est
She is --> elle est
It is --> to est
We are --> nous sommes
You are (plural & polite) --> vous etes
They are --> ils/elles sont
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To create the negative form, put 'ne' in
front of the verb 'to be' and put 'pas' at the end....
I am not --> je ne suis pas
You are not (singular)--> tu ne es pas
He is not --> il ne est pas
She is not --> elle ne est pas
It is not --> to ne est pas
We are not --> nous ne sommes pas
You are not (plural & polite) --> vous ne etes pas
They are not --> ils/elles ne sont pas
Note: notice that the negative article comes before the verb and NOT after like it does in English..so there for the forms ''je suis ne pas'', ''tu est ne pas'' etc... are NOT correct!!!
Note: when you have a word with an 's' at the end like 'pas' do not say the 's' it is said 'pa' not 'pas'!
I'd like to mention that you forgot the conjunction. It would be "Elle n'est pas" not "Elle ne est pas" because of the two vowels right next to each other.

N4ttla: Yes, I think you're right. I found a video on YouTube with the pronunciation of numbers. I am not sure this is the best means, but I could not transcribe the pronunciations. Or ... For now I put you here and then I'll try to transcribe them.
Video Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKIvbVMDXCc
I hope it'll help a little.
(Excuse me if my English is bad but I also learn your language. ^^)

If I may it is : tu n'es pas two vowels can't be following each other. It doesn't really have a translation in French because we use it for things and in French for example a table is feminine in French so we say elle est grande , elle is she but in this context it is "it" referring to the table. Voil

Btw it is the same for vous n'êtes pas, elle n'est pas and so on

Hello! I'm french, and I think there are mistakes
I am not --> je ne suis pas
You are not (singular)--> tu ne es pas Tu n'es pas
He is not --> il ne est pas Il n'est pas
She is not --> elle ne est pas Elle n'est pas
It is not --> to ne est pas ????
We are not --> nous ne sommes pas
You are not (plural & polite) --> vous ne etes pas Vous n'êtes pas
They are not --> ils/elles ne sont pas
You can't write Tu ne es pas, there are two "e", so you put a " n' " !
