Geradena, I think that you should make a list on your original post. "Needy" and "Donators"

Needy could be separated into 3 parts.
Priority 1 - Those saving for actual goals to level up. eg. Mansion lvl30, 12 000 BD lvl14, Goddess Outfit lvl22. ESPECIALLY those for  the mansion.
Priority 2 - Those who need BA - Less priority, as it take much more money to increase a little bit of BA. eg. 150 000 BA lvl18, boobjobs.
Priority 3 - Personal goals. eg. MianaE lvl 45 - Big Villa in LA, getting higher on the Top Gamers list.

Donators could be also listed on how rich they are/how much they are willing to give/what priorities they are willing to donate to/how much time there is before they are deleting. (This could also be specific to how poor the needy must be plus the required level range.) Their amount of BA and IQ should also be listed, as this affects whether or not challenges could be sent. Challenges are a much easier way of transferring money, as with duels, there is nothing to ensure that the donating bimbo will lose.

I'm also trying for the buying every single clothing item goal. The end is nowhere near visable yet, with so many dresses. However, I know that this game will have me hooked at least until then. I know what I'll do to celebrate when this has happened though... Start a thread offering to become one bimbo's twin for a day!
