It's actually a trend that's been going on since the 50's, with poodle skirts and bobby socks. It's a little too childish for me but I'm sure it can look good.

This really reminds me of these men at holiday that wear trecking sandals with socks.  goutte This is the worst thing to see! So bad!

I really thinks that it looks cute in the magazine... I ve been doing it for awhile  with my pep toe platform shoes but didnt really think of doing it with sandals before. I did try it with tight jeans and I love it...But modtly in this period of the year  (end of Summer-begening of Fall) cause it s getting colder ; I wouldnt wear it if it was a 100 degrees out and I yhink that it would look ridiculous; like wearring a tiny shirt over the belly when its minus 50 out....  Plus Its not for everyone either; I have big caft and it doesnt look good if I try to wear it with a mini skirt... So I would say that the line is REALLY thin for that trend!
My husband hates it plus I always said myself that socks and sandals are like dirt and fish ( stink like death)      But the door is still open......   If You wanna do it work it out good!!!!
Everything can look good as everything could also be ugly...Always depend of who where, when and how.....
