Don't watch too much American TV, you won't have brain cells left!!!!!
Bouncers / security are generally scary. Sometimes their shirts say staff or security. Bigger places have different levels of security. I guess we just don't have stewards here. Weird.
I've been shown or directed to lots of toilets. Sometimes they are really hard to find in some clubs or stadiums, you can tell time by how often I have to pee.

Ah I guess I'm usually good at not peeing. I don't drink beer so that helps
Speaking of which, Pete's gone out without me tonight! This is a rare thing, but....I'm lonely
Listening to Machine Head. I'm sure I used to think they were better than this...?
Offline
Don't be lonely!!!! Are you listening to new Machine Head?
I like when my boyfriend goes out w/ out me. I get the house to myself
I pee constantly even when I'm not drinking. I think 50% of my life has been spent looking for and going to a bathroom.
Offline
I pee a lot too. I'm forever drinking. I drink about 2litres of water on a 5 hour shift at work
Not sure if that's bad or not.
evening elenuccia!
I'm not listening to anything, I'm watching the last episode of season one of Breaking Bad, then I will be listening to something. Suggestions are welcome.

evening Elenuccia
ADJ you sound like my mum, but then she's also old. It's a rule that when you're planning anything with her you add 5 minutes to every hour to allow her time to pee.
I actually have the house to myself most of the day when the boy's at work so it's no novelty! He's got an extra long weekend thu-sun this week so I'm going to be sick of the sight of him by oooh about midday tomorrow. (Actually he'll still be in bed at midday. So say by 2pm
)

Hello elenuccia!!!
hehe shiloh - i think i drink about a pint of water an hour. I feel like I pee out two every hour though. I had to go the urologist for something and I asked him about that and he said it's fine.
I'm forever listening to Clutch in my head hehe! I can't stream K666 at work cause the internet connection sucks and i also don't hear the phone w/ headphones.
I've been listening to the new lair of the minotaur and Valkyrie incessantly, so I suggest those
Typhani was posting when i was. You confirmed I'm getting old hun. My uncle felt the need to tell me I'm going to be 30 about 30 times this last weekend. My boyfriend won't let me drink water when we take road trips, and I still have to go like clockwork. maybe I should just give up and wear depends.

Even when I do need the toilet I often hold it for too long. Frequently when gaming and such, I sit sipping a big glass or bottle of water but I never want to move to the loo - it does my kidneys a world of good I'm sure. When I was a kid I only ever drank once a day and so I only ever needed to pee once a day. That was a nice life.
Offline
That's weird Typh. Once a day?! I like to think of flushing my insides out. All that water must clean me.
Also, K666?
Online
haha I was the complete opposite of you!!! my parents always tell me this story of when I was little. They would put me in the carseat in the back of the car, and get on the Belt Parkway, and as soon as we passed the VA hospital I would start screaming I had to pee. The hospital was about 10 minutes away from our house. My mom also said I never drank or ate anything until I was 5, but managed to pee and poop more than her
oh shiloh K666 http://www.stonerrock.com/k666/

I had a fear/hatred of public toilets til I was...well pretty old really...so if I needed to go after we left home I just kept quiet.
I have a number of holiday toilet related stories that stem from this but you probably don't want to hear them!
Offline
haha my mom taught me how to pop a squat as soon as I was out of diapers.
i actually love toilet stories. My and my friends once spent a whole vacation talking about poo.

"pop a squat"

Well once I flooded the canal boat we were renting because I couldn't flush the ginormous poo I did in the chemical toilet. It was ginormous because I had avoided going for about four days. As was my custom when on holiday. Anyway the flush mechanism got stuck and yeah the water got through the entire boat. It was messy.

Oy vey. That sounds humiliating. I can totally see how a toilet phobia could form from that.
Oh hey, Spotify has changed and it's just imported my entire iTunes library into Spotify. I'm going to play some songs to see if it will play ads in between my own music
I'm betting it does.

Oh that's bad, but I still laughed! I have trouble pooing on vacation, it's like my intestines freeze up.
haha another English thing you say holiday i say vacation, whenever i hear that word I think of abfab. I loved that show.

oh speaking of oy vey, this is what you see when you leave or enter my borough

Spotify made me accept a new end user licence agreement today. Only, it didn't let me read it. Which I thought was quite rude actually.
Shiloh that wasn't til I was like 13, I had had the fear a long time by then! Actually I do remember something from when I was much younger - I was too small to have mastered the squatting technique, and I was trying to use a toilet that didn't have a seat, and I fell in
That may well have been what started the whole thing, lol.
Offline
You have said oy vey a few times before and for a long time I had no idea what it meant. Then it was on something Pete and I were watching and he told me. I've forgotten again though. It's Hebrew or something right?
Offline
haha that's too funny!!!!!!!!! I remember my mom taught me to hold onto the toilet paper thingy so I wouldn't fall in. that and about putting down tons of toilet paper on the seat in case it wasn't squatable.
I also looked up Spotify and apparently they don't have licensing for the US. There doesn't seem to be anything preventing me from using Spotify.uk though.

Are those signs for real? I love them. I like Fuhgedaboutit. By the Kosciuczko Bridge! Lol what a name. How is that even pronounced?! I notice there's an Erskine Street too. There's an Erskine in Scotland too
Name-stealers!
They are really fun signs though. Here, we have the name and then the Gaelic name. Except our council screwed up and misspelled a lot of the Gaelic names so a bunch of the signs had to be re-done, lol! It's a bit of a redundant idea really. Hardly anyone speaks Gaelic any more. I struggle pronouncing my hometown's name, Inbhir Pheofharain.

Same! Very rude. I'm sure we can read it now, but I'm one of those losers who actually reads end user licence agreements (at least skims it). Just to make sure i'm not selling my soul or anything. And lol @ falling into the toilet! You haven't had it easy, have you?

I had a headteacher called Mrs Erskine
I can't technically use Spotify in Germany because it's not licensed here either. But it lets you "go abroad" for up to two weeks at a time. I get Pete to sign in to my account every two weeks using his work's UK proxy.

Yea they really have them. The Oy Vey one is by a Jewish neighborhood too. I'd love to see pics of your signs Shiloh, post pics!! New York steals names from everywhere. Kosciuczko is a polish name I think you would say it like Koch-oosh-ko. You go over that bridge and your in the polish neighborhood.

Our signs are very boring in comparison.
^^^ I pass this sign almost every day.
Some towns have their own fancy signs, like the Ding:
Fancy, huh?!

I find Dingwall to be a very funny name, not sure why. That is a very fancy sign. I like reading the Gaelic. it sounds much cooler than the English names.
