i am trying to move up a level but whenever i click level up this come up... even tho i have completed all goals..Uh oh! Something went wrong

Click the picture of the puzzle you get. The first picture shows the pieces numbered. Make sure you clear the spot (on the puzzle) that the diagram show to keep clear. Follow the steps on the diagram. Tip: I noticed when the diagram shows to move a piece and certain way it actually means to move it the opposite direction.
Example: When it shows -----> you need to actually move the piece to the left. Good luck xx
