Hello again girls i have another beauty trend to represent here too! Dishevelled Chic! It is from Marc Jacobs for the autumn/winter 2010-11 catwalk and i think it rocks!! Read it and tell me what you think about!
'' Dishevelled Chic ''
Good news from backstage in New York today: it's ok to not be perfect. This was the message at Zac Posen and Marc Jacobs, who both favoured the morning-after look. At Zac Posen, with Stephane Marais on make-up and Odile Gilbert on hair, the reference was a young woman who has gone on a night out with perfect make-up and woken up with it looking less that perfect but still incredibly beautiful in its lived in status. Meanwhile, at Marc Jacobs the formidable beauty formula that is Francois Nars and Guido Palau created a look that was sexy in its simplicity, with Marc requesting a more "real mood" compared to that of seasons gone. Whilst we might not go so far as to suggest not removing make-up before bed-time, we would very much like to recommend looking as though you haven't.

Awesome, so i just put my makeup on every night and I'll be ready in the morning. Yeah that model looks nice with the dishevelled chic look, but i can guarantee i wont..

I don't randomly put make up on before i go to bed,i usually put it on in the mornings if I am going somewhere or if i just feel like having make up on at home.Otherwise i honestly don't see the point.

Hmmmm no. It's not really a trend because people already do this "sleeping in their makeup" thing and it's NOT pretty. It just looks trashy and like you can't be bothered to clean your skin at night.
Personally, I prefer a clean look so this new "trend" will not be furthered by me.

I'm rocking this look right now. I recently dyed my hair brunette and have decided to get it back in good condition, so straightening is out. Plus I ran out of my brush eyeliner and can't afford a new one, so I'm having fun trying to apply a nib eyeliner to my upper eyelid. All I need to do now is ladder my tights and I'm all set!
