Alisha i'm so sorry for doing this. I consider you as the most talented editor in here and I don't think there's anything wrong with taking the poses and redoing them for us, you've done a great work and I admire your work much. I just wanted to show others that not everything is redrawn. In this picture only the head and the lines have been redone.
Edit: To clarify I don't accuse anyone, I just want to make sure if I do the same i'm not accused of plagiarism. The work of these pose artist has been a great benefit to us all, and i thank you for your great work.

now im stuck... i've done this before, but i redrawn the lines and did the completion/shading and sometimes the face myself.. so i dunno

I think it's not okay to label it as "your" pose if all you did was draw lines over it. Now, if you just used it as a base to get the lines down and did the coloring and all yourself, I think it's okay.

I take pose ideas from all over the place. I find the pose, create new layer over it, outline it, then I delete the pose so just my outline is left. Then I add colours and shading, head, etc. I have always assumed this is how most people do it as I have seen images on the web with the same pose. Like mine.
Examples:

If this is wrong, someone let me know.

Yea, it's like when people edit an use an inspirational picture. It doesn't count as stealing.
Plus they have to design the body and redraw everything, it's not like they can do a direct copy+paste anyways. The dolls on the website are too smallSo if i make the same base myself (using the site) which someone has already done, i don't have to give credit for it?
edit: i don't think they have to design the body...
Oh, I said that cause when I went onto the site, it was full of those teeny dolls... so I thought you meant they got poses from there

Hey bimbolina, It took me forever, but I got all of the original bimbo bases in each skin tone, without hair or makeup.
Here they are!
I know some people like to edit the original base:

For bimbolina if she does want to put this up in the collection

I personally think this is stealing. It's really disturbing to see that all mackiesmommy's 'old poses' are there and she never even gave them credit.
Plus their terms of use clearly states that "You may not provide the edited base on your website, nor may you redistribute it in any way without permission."
If she did ask permission then I guess it's fine except that she's still not linking back to them.
