didi...for your dandruff problem...it's usually occurs in winter for me, and i'd say treat yourself to hot oil treatment, message it in to your scalp using circular motions with your finger tips. wrap it with plastic wrapping (or use a shower cap, if it's easier) then after half hour, wash it off using normal shampoo (i guess it doesn't matter), then rinse your hair off finally with lemon juice (perferably an actually lemon- not the bottled stuff) mixed with water.
i do this this twice a week, and it helps, but you need to try on a regular basis for the results to show...hope this helps^^

what do you mean it "blows" through a blow dryer? if so, i'd recomend you to let your hair dry naturally...and if your seems flat (is that the problem?)....then there are many ways for your hair to appear thicker.
-eggs are a grea source of instant volume...there are egg shampoos out there, and you see the results from the frist use. it also makes your really soft and shiney.
-fenugreek seeds are also good. soak them in water (or yogurt, if your hair usually appears dry or damaged) for 6 hrs/ overnight. then grinding them into a paste, apply to your scalp. leave on for 20 mins at the least, then wash off with a mild shampoo. takes up to two months for positive results, and helps to make the hair thick.
there are other methods too, but these two are what i'm currently working on myself. so far i'm happy with the results

first of all...i would kill to have thick hair!!! but then i know that extremely thick hair can be difficult to manage...(my sister-in-law has the same problem as yours)
a friend of mine with thick hair got her hair to thin out with thinning scissors...it didn't work. all it really does is take out chunks of hair....but if your keen to get the right hair cut to make your hair APPEAR thinner, then try;
-layered hairstyles. keep it to long layers, so your hair seems to thin out near the end, but your hair would still look volumes where it needs to. short layers will make your hair look choppy.

-fringe(bangs). draws the weight of hair away from the face.

yeah my dandruff disappeared for a while and it did come back in winter...i'll try that
but what kind of oil should i use ? olive oil ?

uhhhg don't get me started on my hair!! well it's incredibly thick (which is bad enough) with random split ends that annoy me to the point where I get scissors, search for them and cut them off. that got a little too obsessive after a while so I stopped. also, before I leave for school, I'll straighten it and it'll look great, get to school and 10 minutes later, BOOF. all curly again. for the rest of the day. I just complain saying "and I actually bothered to straighten it this morning."
I take pride in being unique and different. I can't stand girls who look the same as the one standing next to them. All my favourite bands, artists, books and movies are on my AM page.

well, it doesn't really matter which oil you use, though they all have their uses. just decide on which one your hair could do with:
coconut oil: adds shine to hair, stimulates hair growth and is used fo dandruff treatments.
extra virgin olive oil: helps hair grow stronger. benefits for dry, damaged and spilt hair. if mixed with lemon juice, can also help get rid of dandruff
jojoba oil: (pronounced Hohobah) adds moisture to hair to get rid of dryness. also helps hair resist daily damage, knots and split ends.
neem oil: relieves itchy, flakey scalp (includes dandruff). restores hair natural shine, makes it stronger and promotes hair growth.
almond oil: tends to dry or damaged hair. strengthens hair roots.
well these are just a few oil treatmens that i've tried and am happy with. if you would like you could use a mixture of these oils, using equal quantities.
Hope this helps
