Help with level 18 i don't understand it

Pls guys I need help with level 18 it say

2 - You have to give some bimbo against the rules in the Top against the rules Gamers to 10 Bimbos of your choice. Have sympathy - every Bimbo can't be as cool as you!
Go to 'Top Bimbos' and then 'Top against the rules Bimbos' *or it can be anyone else as long as you give them against the rules

Can somebody explain this to me in an easier way because i don't know what to do and i am so confused

One of the easiest ways to do that goal without favoring the current lead bimbos is to use the Random Bimbo link. If you click that (Either the pink text in this post or on the left hand side bar, the third link under 'Top Bimbos'), you can be taken to a new random bimbo to give c.red to. Either that or go through your friends list and give them c.red until you hit ten people receiving it. Remember though, the goals reset each day so you want to do that goal right before you level up.
