Also... I am a little torn... Most of GG kind of annoys me, so usually just  kind of fast forward through the episodes and read the gossip girl blog to keep up with events... *misses to Golden Days of the Headband*

I might just have disliked this episode a bit... While I love the general Drama, the details are very much to my dislike... Loved the Dair moments but at the same time hated the fact that it might just have been Dan who sent in that video... Also... HATE LOUIS!!!!

I CAN BET THAT IT WASN'T DAN.

It's too obvious. Serena asked who did it and the camera showed Dan - they want to make him look guilty, throw some shade at him. In a preview for the next episode we can see Georgina and her boyfriend (?) with the baby, and he says that "it's Dan Humphrey who sent you that video so you can blackmail him" (or something along these words) and she rolls her eyes and replies with "you're cute when you listen".
I think this is part of her plan, to make Dan look guilty even though he's not. Maybe she was telling the guy her plan and the only thing he remembered was "Dan sent the video". Anyway that storyline is apparently supposed to last couple of episodes, so why would they reveal who sent the video in a preview?

My theory is that maybe mama Grimaldi sent it. She never really liked Blair that much and the dowry thing came out of nowhere and apparently it's huge. Maybe Grimaldis are broke. So that would be a good plan:
1. Find a rich family with a daughter.
2. Make her unhappy after the wedding, so she'll want a divorce.
3. Get the dowry.

Anyway, if it was really Dan who sent it, that's super out of character for him. I'd just forget it and and blame the writers and just keep liking him. What would be his motives though?
1. Getting Blair for himself? I don't think so. He knows that Blair treats him as a friend (FOR NOW AHAHAHAHA GET READY FOR DAIR YES!) and he once said that the thoughts of running away with Blair are long gone.
2. Getting Blair away from Louis? I think Dan knew about all of the problems Blair had with this relationship and didn't want her to marry a man she doesn't love. She'd probably go back to Chuck, but if that made her happy - Dan would be okay. Because he loves her and would do anything to make her happy, even let her go (DAIR YOU GUYS ♥). That would make sense if it wasn't for the way Dan treated Blair in previous episodes - he let her make her own decisions, even if they were wrong and faults in some way, because they were HER decisions to make, not his. He just supported her in everything (DAIR this is way to beautiful ♥).

Also in the last episode Dan told Blair that he doesn't think Chuck sent that video. Wouldn't a guilty person try to just push the blame on someone else? Anyway, they made him look too suspicious imo.

Also Omg thank you Lilian! I looked at the top 20 today even though I swore to myself that I wouldn't because it's just too stressing haha. I just keep switching from 1 to 2, back and forth. I can't handle this.

Yeah I remember when in the beginning I didn't like Dan and called him Danielle, haha
But now I seriously love him. And I'll love him even if he sent the video, because that way he basically saved Blair from a loveless marriage (if that wasn't a Grimaldi plan from the beginning, the one I described earlier). Because if it wasn't for the video, Blair would probably try to live with Louis and learn to love him in a way. Basically - if he sent it, it was because he cares for Blair.

Dorota is always the best And I think it was kind of cute that Georgina left her some snacks.

Basically every storyline he has (except for the accident one) revolves around some chick. Hopefully the fact that the chick is now the real Charlie Rhodes will make the whole thing more interesting! Because I'm really curious about Charlie.
