Alright so I realized after I had put together this outfit that the reason I couldn't find the dress was because I wasn't a high enough level for it! So I'm submitting it here just in case it would be possible for me to use this dress, but if not I'm throwing together another one that I can actually buy quickly. I just wasn't sure what time on the 5th everything was due so I wanted to submit as quickly as possible.
