I'm just going to go now and hide under my duvet for the rest of my life.

Not sure if I know how to explain but it's about my wage.
First I got paid by the hours I made, but as my employment has continued so long now they pay me by the days. And the wage based on hours is more than the wage based on the days so they paid me too much and they are now taking te extra money from me. Exept they've actually counted it somehow the way that they are taking away everything they paid for me instead just taking away the overpaid part.
Like if I got paid in february 1000 by the hour wage but as they're changing it to day wage, it's only 800. I still miss one weeks wage from feb, lets say 500. So they are actually collecting the whole 1000 they already paid for me and they are subtracting it from the 500 they still owe for me. So according to them I still owe them 500 more though I only owe them 200 (1000 they already paid for me - 800 they should have paid for me = 200) and when you take 200 from 500 they should still pay me 300, right? And I guess this doesn't make any sense.

If I dont get it sorted out tomorrow will you kill them for me?
