List of words considered swearing/Swearing on profiles

I searched and I think I found a list, but it sent me to a dead topic.

Does anything actually happen to you when you're logged or whatever for swearing? Or is the message you receive just a scare tactic? I had no idea 'sucks' was still considered offensive. I think if we're expected to avoid using words that aren't one of George Carlin's original seven, we should be told what they are.

If the message means nothing, I'm willing to test. Haha.

So, it's been two or three days (I'm not quite sure because of the time zone differences of the game), and nobody has been able to give me a definite answer on anything. So I'm starting my own list. I understand what the typical swear words are, and if I would not say these words in front of somebody in authority, I'm not even going to bother putting them down. I'm more interested in what words aren't typically considered/aren't even swear words that are logged as them on the current profile system. I don't like my comments going through because of one word, and not knowing what they are.

I agree, we need some kind of defined list. It's really difficult to know what's what since the rules for profiles and the rules for the forum are different.

i said "pi$$ed off" && "d@mn" && i was logged. i didn't think they were that serious.

lol i guess that asking the mods definitely won't work, because inadvertently they'd have to state all the banned words, && this thread might also be a problem because we're talking about words that aren't supposed to be posted in the first place

The forum has built in filters that alter words...the profiles don't. It gives you the "logged" warning.

It would be simpler if it was all one system.

My surname is censored, I went to see if my full name was a taken as a user name on the create a bimbo page and it gave me a swear word warning.
The censors are too stricted

I don't think just talking about words is a problem. I'd take a censored list, even. Give me the first and last letter and how many are in between and I can find out the word if I already know it. I'm sure anybody else could as well. Other than Carlin's seven, there aren't many that are actually considered offensive anyway. I just want to know what I can't say so I don't lose any more large comments I typed out. They're censored even if they're a part of the word, from what searching told me.

That's why I want to know if anything actually comes of you being logged for 'cursing'. Haha. I don't think talking about scrapbooks should be on the same level as verbally abusing somebody.

Some data:

There isn't a filter for "dickens" (or a shortened form of that word) either on the forum or on profiles.

"Freaky" is allowed in both places.

You can't say "credit" on profiles; but you can here.

You can say the "d-word" on profiles but you can't say it here.

The "F-word" gets you the logged warning on profiles and becomes **** in the forum.

"Hell" is allowed in both places.

The "s-word" isn't allowed in either place.

In the event, that you're actually logged...my experimenting is done. LOL

I got logged for 'sucks', which is allowed here. I'm thinking about editing my original post to include this sort of makeshift list we've found, since nobody has been able to answer any of my questions.

Anybody up for letting me potentially spam their profile while I find unallowed words? It's no fun just to do it on mine.
