I'm no longer coming into this thread because I'm reading stuff I don't want to know until I actually get to watch it. Even though you aren't actually giving stuff away, it's being hinted what happens and it kinda ruins it for the rest of us that haven't seen the episodes.

Even though I said I wouldn't come back, I'm back cause I figured it would be about my post.

I know you do, so I just skip them and then others post and I read it. I'm sure they don't mean to do it and they just want to discuss the episode, but yeah it still ruins it a bit for those that haven't seen it. It's a bit dissapointing because I really love the show.

Waiting on the 2nd series. No idea when it's showing but apparently it's coming sometime in the next 6 months.

I just watched all 8 eps of the second series on the Iplayer missed them all when they were on the bbc xD

In legends Morgause and Morgana were sisters, and Mordred was Morgause and Arthur's child. In younger legends Morgana and Morgause are one person - Morgana, and then it's Morgana's child.
But in "Merlin" things are different. We can't be sure about anything.

I love the way Arthur acted toward the girl. It was amazing. And Bradley's sexy teeth + red rose = EPIC.
This whole misunderstanding between Arthur and Gwen - genius. And it all was caused by Merlin.
Whole episode was really great.

Great episode. Really. I'm getting used to evil Morgana. I understand that now she's aganist Uther, and I don't really want it to change. It doesn't matter - she tried to take down Uther, like, 888 times xD, and she never succeeded, so whatever.
Merlin did what he had to do - poisoned Morgana. It was the only way he could break the enchatement. I understand it, and I think he did the right thing. Plus, Colin had a chance to show that he's a great actor.
I like the fact that Artur always wants to save his father. I always think "you idiot! You are the future king, your life is more important!", but he always fights for Uther and is ready to sacrifice his own life.
No matter what's happening, he always looks at Gwen so sweetly. Scary, undead knights are coming to Camelot to kill his father, but he has time to lift and carry Gwen to the bed, and brush hair from her face, blah, blah.
Too bad Morgause saved Morgana. I always liked Morgana, she's a fierce b---h, but I don't care about her anymore. She, and Morgause, can DIAF. I won't miss them.
Merlin trying to wake Gaius - it was priceless. xD

I don't get the way the dragon acts.
Through the whole 1st and 2nd season he helps Merlin, tells him how important his destiny is, how important Arthur's life is, and that together, they will make Camelot amazing.
So why the F does he attack Camelot?! He could as well kill Merlin the first moment he came to him, it's a nice way not to fulfill the destiny. Someone would free him anyway, someday.
It sounded like he wants Arthur's and Merlin's destiny to fulfill, like he wants Camelot to be great kingdom. So why does he want to destroy it?

Yes, it was the penultimate episode. But I'm not sad. There surely will be 3rd season, so I'm happy.
And I can always watch Skins - 4th season begins in January.

In regards to next weeks episode:    *SPOILERS*
  Although I want him to be, the dragon isn't a very nice character, he wants to take revenge on Uther for what he has done to him and the rest of the magical world. Destroying Camelot is the only thing that will bring Uther down. The dragon was just using Merlin, sure someone could have come along and freed him in the future but there's no time like the present hey?

But in regards to the episode just seen, I totally agree about Merlin poisoning Morgana, you can just tell she's turned to the dark side with that eyeliner she had on
But that tear on Merlin! oh my god, it made my heart stop haha

I hate it when a character meets his father or mother, and couple of minutes later the parent dies. It's not cool.
Merlin is the last dragonlord! Awesome! Well, he's the most powerful magician ever, so it's good.
I really hope that in 3 season Arthur and Gwen will do something about their relationship. Though in legends Queen cheated on Arthur with Lancelot, they're still a cute couple now.
