You get a gift for every 100 days that you play. It seems that you must contact support by email and notify them when these days occur for you. As Landi noted above, do not do this before the actual anniversary happens.

No, I don't think so. On my actual birthday at MissBimbo I received a really cute cake card as soon as I logged in. Just the card of course, but it made me smile.
I would think the 100 day card would have been the same format. I did notify support that I did not receive it.
