Sounds like a good idea but victoria did go on record saying she wasn't and i would have to agree at where she is at. i have a hard time gaining weight dispite my constant eating. I consume more the the normal 145lb girl and still wieght 91lbs (btw i am 4'11" so it doesn't look as bad as you think)
I just hope she doesn't get offended that is all I am saying.

If no one has said this, I really can't read though 16 pages and check, the game was featured on A Morning News in Ottawa, Canada and actually had about 3 minutes air time. Its a morning talk show and they were playing it on air. I guess MB has gotten the publicity they want, and hopefully they don't get sued by posh
Are you kidding? At this point, I actually hope they do. Frankly, they deserve it. Not only is the game tasteless, but the specifically targeted one celebrity to make fun of. Why not Keira Knightley? Kate Moss? Paris Hilton? Lindsay Lohan?
Or why not a nameless face? Better yet, why at all? Why not create a game that promotes healthy eating rather than excessive consumption of nutritionally lacking garbage?
I do agree that the game should be changed, and that it is a media grab. But if the site was ACTUALLY sued, it could be shut down. Copyright infringements are like massive money cases. There is a really good healthy eating game on a magazine's website. But really we are not aloud to talk of this are we?

My problem is not that they used Posh's persona for the game (though that is an obviously media hook), but that throwing food at anybody with a eating disorder doesn't fix anything. It makes the situation WORSE - the person with the disorder loses trust in those around them and no longer to accepts their help...
So here's my point:
It wouldn't matter if the game was about a nameless skinny girl, it would still be just as offensive.

MissBimbo is definitely becoming more and more popular! This morning I read in the newspaper about the "nosh for posh" game. Nothing spectacular, but I'm living in Germany!!! That's really amazing! Keep it up!

Yeah, tell me about it. I was having a hard enough time trying to recover as it was, and this game... I know most people are expected to shrug it off or 'get over it', but it's not so easy. If you showed a person just beginning to move past childhood abuse, then made a light-hearted and misguided game about it, they'd probably relapse into whatever symptoms of PTSD they'd likely possess. And you wouldn't tell them to get over it.
Trying to recover and seeing this, on top of all the other stress factors one has to balance in life, is a trigger. On top of that, it only encourages the all too common public response of, "Just eat a damn burger." It breeds ignorance. It's demeaning and insulting to people who suffer.
I honestly haven't been able to enjoy this site since they made this announcement... I don't even think the staff is remorseful, either. I don't think they've bothered taking the communities reaction to this into consideration. So long as they get the media hype, right?!
Despicable.
