Once when I was much younger I was at holidays in different city, I was living in my brother's flat there alone and I visited aunt who lived in the same city from time to time. She was anxious about me being on my own eating and always asked me what I ate lately and such. Once I told her something like 'I didn't eat a dinner yesterday, I just had sandwiches" and she was "But you cannot eat like this! You have to eat something cooked, something warm at least once a day!" and I asked very surprised "Really? Why?".
And she was even more shocked and couldn't find any answer. Because it is, of course, not true. You don't feel like cooking - eat something which doesn't need cooking.
