How to make an animated image (GIF) using Adobe Fireworks

Many plp asked me how I make the animations, so I decided to make this guide tongue
I searched the forum and I didn't find any guide like this
I hope it will help you content3
So how it say in the title I am using Adobe Fireworks (CS3) (here is a free trial 30 days download)
I am going to give u 2 simple exemples

Step 1: Opening a Fieworks and Creating a new document

Step 2: Importing a new object and place it

Wow, that looks really hard.. xD Gotta try it on my other computer.. smile THANK YOU! Tried to make a GIF in Gimp and it didn't work.. T_T How do you make "blinking" icons? Like, you have a picture and suddenly there comes a text and disappears again.

option number 2: let's say u have a background image already. u put it on both frames. u write the thxt on the first frame and the second one u let just the background image
and ther's blinking tongue

or to make it big-small, u write  smaller on the scond frame and there it is tongue
