It is a little hard yes, but it mainly requires time. 
If you are past level 20, there was another thread but has recently been deleted. However, one is being made or you can look on the bimbowiki.

I'm stuck on Level 19 due to this:
Level 19
1 - You have more than 500 items of clothing in your wardrobe.
Go to ‘Nines’ to buy clothes.
How do I save the clothes if my limit is only 69 sets.

You have to have 500 clothing items, not save them in outfits.
