Corsets

I want to try on a corset sooooo badly. Why? Because I love reading historical fiction, and I'm always reading about these classic beauties getting laced into corsets. I also have a Scarlett O'Hara thing, and want to see how tiny I can get my waist. XD So, yes, I would wear one. I have no clue where to buy one...

I have some corsets ,because I love how they look and I bought them without thinking. My waist is very... small... really small... It looks very unnatural and when I wear a corset people freak out seeing how small my waist is... You can figure they lay in my wardrobe most of the time without use...

SPF: It's hard, you generally have to get them made.

Rocia: My waist is a full 10 inches smaller than my hips/bust, I get weird looks. But my waist measurement generally stays the same now, even with a corset on :S

Why weird looks? I think tiny waists look so delicate and pretty!

The misinformation in this thread makes me headdesk a bit, lol.

Yes, corsets will squish your insides, but it'll go right back to normal in a while even if you've been tightlacing for years.

Personally, I love proper corsets. Very flattering on most people.

Because I'm so short my body shape is very extreme. Like an actual hourglass lol

I kinda have a back problem, so I need one lol tongue ! They're really pretty though, although I'm 12 and won't buy one till like in 10 years roll ! Teehee bave2

yeah I know what you mean :S mine is like... 56 cm
when I put on a corset it's like waaay to small
