Corsets

especially the "sexier" ones you buy in adult stores haha

I think they look gorgeous, but at 15 I think I'd be sending out the wrong message if I wore one...

I only have two at the moment, but one of them are one size too big and the other is too pretty to walk around with all the time (so I use it at home instead).
I'm currently waiting for the summer, because I'll have more money, which means two more corsets.
And I'm not just wearing it because it's pretty, I'm wearing it because it is my armor. I wear it because I love the waist I get and I love the way my insides is. I wear it because I don't like the way the human body looks raw, it needs to be modified in my eyes. And most of all, what is prettier and more comfortable than a properly laced waist?

i love the basques and underwear-type corsets but i would never wear a proper one that changes your shape.

I hate what passes for a corset now a days.  Flimsy plastic boning that can only pretend to support you... I'm not a fan of steel though, personally.  I prefer whale bone, myself.  Though I've never actually had the privilege of wearing one.  I'd like to give it a try... But real corsets (From a corsetiere) are terribly expensive for something I would just "like to try".  I'd just like to know how I'd look in one.  Also, they used to be used for posture purposes.  And Heaven knows my back could use the support.

They do look pretty. And they can make you more confident i guess, kinda squeeze it all in.
I would never wear one though, too kinky for me.

I have a very beautiful heirloom corset that was my great-grandmothers. It's white with lovely lace embroidery. I'm not sure if it's steel or whale bone though. I've only ever worn it once or twice, I feel it's much too precious. So I wear my silly faux corsets instead =]

They don't hurt at all, they're actually really comfortable. I don't wear mine too often, because I don't want to change the bones in my rib cage and the positioing of organs. I have a tiny waist anyway, the corset just makes it look more so. It's saved for special occassions and raising money for charity

And yes Petite, fantastic for postue.

Rosalie: It takes ages to lace mine up and tie it, but not long to take off. Just losen the laces and snap open the busk xD

i'm one of the few people out there that thinks corsets are gross. even like the fake bustier ones. i don't like restraining clothes.
