well....
it says "lvl 16"....that means you can buy these clothes only on level 16....they are available from that level (of course, and every next)...so, if it says "level 4" that means you can buy them on level 4 or on higher level....you don't receive them.

I'm having a problem. I'm on level 24 and one of my goals is to get a new boyfriend. I broke up with the one I had. When I got a new boyfriend, it is the same guy. My goal isn't completed. I saw the next boyfriend isn't available until level 25. What can I do?
