i have too small bmi, but it encrease to slow in my case... 16.30, sometimes it increase to 18 level...

fat wieghs less than muscle, so more muscle=higher bmi
and a bmi of 15 is unhealthy on pretty much all builds so just remember that

*sigh* I'll admit it, I am apparantly horribly overweight. It said I was 32 something. I'm 5'10 and about 230lbs, (size 14/16 U.S. though) Good thing I've been working out alot .... but that is just depressing

My mom used to have a machine that apparently calculated your bmi using more than just your height and weight (it claimed to use electric pulses or something to *REALLY READ* what you were composed of).
I weighed 115, was 5'3", and it claimed I had a bmi of 33%
BMI isn't everything. If you're working out and getting healthy, then that's all you need!

Oh girls...I am so afraid....I am afraid that one of you will read all the other posts and think that you are FAT....
I have struggled with an Eating Disorder for almost 20 years....I am the HEALTHIEST that I have ever been!!!!
According to the silly BMI I am Overweight!!!! I run or swim every other day...I do yoga and I weight lift (at least twice a week!)
You do not have to fall in side the healthy range to be healthy!!!
Can you run for 30 minutes? Swim for 45? Do a full yoga /arobics class? Do you eat fruits and veggies???
Then you are healthy! If you answered NO and you have a 'healthy' BMI, I ask, how healthy are you????

There is no good way to measure "health" except to examine how well you eat and whether or not you work out.

I need to get back in the gym for my I can tell that I have gotten soft. due to an injury I have been unable to do my normal work out routine.
