thought i was alot less, tad dssapointed now, have put on weight as of late, desperate to loose it quickly, but safely as possible.

According to the Wii Fit (that thing is quite good for you) a BMI of twenty-two is the best BMI because that's when you're least likely to get sick. It doesn't mean you aren't healthy if you are slightly above or below though.
Seriously it (the Wii Fit) starts to tell me I should try to be my healthiest (spelling mistake maybe) weight which (according to the thing) is nine stone ten pounds. I was like I think I'll pass on that considering I'm a healthy weight for my height already and I have a good figure.

BTW you may just be built slim and like the information above says before drastic weight gain/lose consult your doctor.

No problem but to be honest as long as you are healthy (consult your doctor for more information) it doesn't really matter if you're slightly underweight.
Just to let people know incase they were wondering I am thirteen years old, 8 stone 5 pound (53.9 kg basically 54 kg) and five foot six which is 170.6 cm (nearly 171 cm).

There are 14 pounds in a stone meaning you just divide (use a calculator if you wish) any number of pounds by 14 and it gives you your weight in stone and pounds (it will be a number with a decimal places supposedly).
For example:
I'm 119 pounds. I take 199 pounds and divide it by 14 which gives me 8.5 meaning I am 8 stone and 5 pounds which is correct.
You can also do it the oppostie way. If I know I am 8 stone 5 pounds and I want to know how many pounds I am all together I just times (multiply) 8.5 by 14 which gives me 119 pounds.
