1) for nose job it should be seperate(they should make events where the bimbo randomly falls and breaks her nose, or she lied to her boyfriend and grew a bigger nose lol.

2)lip jobs should be done to make them bigger or smaller.

3) brazzillian buttlifts to give them a more curvier look ( i know everyones going to say oh they wont redraw the clothes, but they should be doing more and more for the game! they just removed the money from the boyfriends wtf they should redraw!!.)

4) bigger boobs for a more porn star look (once again they SHOULD redraw it would be a really fun part of the game.)

5)lipo suction, for when the bimbo gains weight like at 150, her body would be fat too and she could only wear some ugly tube top , and nasty light blue colour jeans, and when you try to put clothes on it will say. Sorry your too fat, right now.

6) the pubic hair should grow back every month and be can remove it with laser hair removal.

Where is the No-option btw?

Dont think liposuction its appropriate even with the more adult egde of the game. Weight-issues and disorders is a huge problem.

I really dont want a beaver and not paying to remove it...

So a designer should spend day after day remaking&making every new item with butt/no butt, three breastsize... ehm no how would that be profitable? People want new clothes.

The owner are already dragging the site down and several have quited so no they dont really seem to care about profit.

Well I definitely woul prefer new clothes, hair etc than all of our old stuff being re-drawn because you want more surgery options. The designers already spend enough time trying their hardest to get us new and improved clothes as much as possible so you should be happy enough with that (:
