I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea.

I saw some designs which i really really really loved!   ... Different people have different ideas, goth, barbie, normal, casual clothes......We need other ideas !

I love this idea. But I agree with Nebby, that some people might actually steal the design, and remake it on the bimbo doll. That is actually quite against the copyright rules,right? I'm at least sure that many clothing websites have a copyright license or something. [sry, I don't really know much of the copyright laws]

The same thing has happened on a website-Divachix. A new feature was out,for a long white now, with which you can upload your own-made designs and put them on your Diva. So many designers actually just copied and just pasted the real-clothing items on to the diva base and just resize it so that it would look good on the diva. And upload the designs. Some people even uploaded clothing items from Stardoll and sites like that. And for that, the owners of Divachix got a bit in trouble and probably had to pay money or something to Stardoll because their people broke Stardoll's copyright laws.
So, you know what I mean,that could happen if this idea actually gets real?
I'm sure that Dollphane won't know what or which designs were actually stolen etc.
Maybe this isn't really against rules and laws, but it is..at least a bit, and could be a problem if this monthly-design-contest idea gets released.

However, I love the idea and I think that a contests like these should be hosted every 2 or 3 months. BUT, I think it would be better if people's design, WITH the shading gets added to the shop. Basically, if the creator gets chosen, then the design's creator will have to recolor each item in all of the usual colors and the design would be added to the mall. And Dollphane wouldn't have to re-make the design.
^I know that many people will dissagree to this idea, as not many people can shade really well or make the designs etc. But this is just my idea as people said before, that it would make Dollphane work harder etc.

i love this idea. i think that it would be a great way for everyone on miss bimbo to show their creative sides and maybe it will give new ideas for making clothes that everyone can purchase at nine's.
